Spacers

Parker’s spacers simplify assembly processes. They define the required space between two components and enhance the precision of adhesive bonding or joining processes. Parker offers spacers in different contours enabling the application of defined contact pressures and optimal adaptation to diverse surfaces. For ease of positioning, spacers have double-sided adhesive system that can be adapted to the mating components. The parts feature precision kiss-cutting (preliminary die cutting except for the adhesive tape/liner) for easy separation and processing.

Spacer SU (Triangular Contour)

The Spacer SU with a triangular contour ensures compliance with a defined space between two assembly components. The advantage is a small contact pressure area vis-à-vis the mating component.

Spacer SF (Poka Yoke Contour)

The Spacer SF with a poka yoke contour ensures compliance with a defined space between two assembly components. The advantage is a small and flexible contact pressure area vis-à-vis the mating component. Spacer SF has a curvature from.

Spacer SE (T-Contour)

The Spacer SE with a T-contour ensures compliance with a defined space between two assembly components. The advantage is a small and flexible contact pressure area vis-à-vis the mating component.

Spacer SW (Trapez-Contour)

The Spacer SW with a trapezoidal contour ensures compliance with a defined space between two assembly components. The advantage is a large contact pressure area vis-á-vis the mating component.

Spacer SV (Rectangular/Square Contour)

The Spacer SV with a rectangular/square contour ensures compliance with a defined space between two assembly components. The advantage is a large contact pressure area vis-á-vis the mating component.
