The design of SKF Mudblock cassette seals has been optimized to provide excellent retention of either grease or oil and maximum protection against liquid or solid contaminants. The seals are made to order to meet the demands of each specific application.

SKF Mudblock seal design MUD6 is a cassette seal, specifically developed for grease-lubricated heavy-duty applications in harsh environments and tough operating conditions. MUD3, MUD7 or MUD8 are also specifically developed cassette seals, available on request only.
