The MSF system is made up of roller brushes produced in the appropriate diameters and lengths. Thanks to the joining teeth between the brushes, the brush integrity is adjusted to the required length without disturbing and provides comfortable and flexible use to the user. It is used in many areas such as textile, metal, glass, wood, printing, food and many fields, washing, cleaning, lubrication, dyeing, etching, satinage. In addition to existing synthetic hairs, vegetable fibers and animal hairs can also be used. With all these features, thanks to its detachable feature, it provides economic advantages to the user in transportation, storage and assembly.
Our Roller Brushes are mainly brushes for cleaning and abrasion. Thanks to its versatility, it is used in all kinds of manufacturing and finishing works such as textile, paper, glass, packaging, food, weaving, pharmaceutical, furniture, wood, chemical industry and printing.
Our polishing brushes are produced with special dimensions for each of our customers, with up-to-date technology, A class materials and experience. Thanks to its high density and homogeneous structure, it is used in all sink lines, CNC and manual polishing machines. Our polishing brushes can be produced in the desired sizes and densities in the form of rollers and cork brushes. Silicon Carbide (SiC), ceramic alloy roller brushes are used in flat and roll metal sheet processing lines, acid bath lines as well as in dry applications, surface cleaning and sanitizing processes.
Our brushes, which are used in patinato - also known as surface aging - processes of various natural stones are produced from abrasive and ceramic and diamond alloy ashes. Thanks to the wide range of our abrasive bristles from 36 to 1000 grit, the desired aging effect is achieved on the stone. Upon request, thanks to the diamond-structured special brushes in our production, a leather image can be provided to the stone surface. Our experience developed with up-to-date technology makes it possible to manufacture custom-made brushes suitable for the needs of our customers in addition to the standard brushes in our production.
