SERIES A, AV, HV TIE ROD HYDRAULIC & PNEUMATIC NFPA CYLINDER

Tom Thumb® brand cylinders that feature a tie rod construction and are field repairable. Optional Port Controls® regulate speed through the entire stroke and the Rodlok option holds the rod in place wherever desired. Series A, AV, HV are designed to NFPA standards with a wide array of options and mounting styles for easy installation.

SERIES OGZ PNEUMATIC MINIATURE PARALLEL GRIPPER

The PHD Optimax® Series OGZ Pneumatic Miniature Parallel Grippers feature an integral linear guide for high rigidity and precision. They are available in four sizes and are designed to be versatile and economical to fulfill a variety of applications for use in any industry.

SERIES EGRR HIGH CAPACITY ELECTRIC PARALLEL GRIPPER

Built on the field proven Series GRR chassis, the electric version offers many of the same benefits as the pneumatic with the design and flexibility of Your Motor, Your Way. This heavy-duty end effector’s rugged design and jaw construction can withstand high impact and shock loads. Series EGRR Grippers are designed for gripping large objects in demanding industrial applications.

SERIES GRH PARALLEL LONG TRAVEL PNEUMATIC GRIPPER

Low profile and available in four sizes that support large moment capacities and long tooling lengths. Their design incorporates wide jaws and a guide system, minimizing tooling deflection and providing side load stability. Dual bore and low breakaway pressure allow for gripping of a wide variety of part sizes as well as delicate parts.

SERIES GRC ROTARY PARALLEL PNEUMATIC GRIPPER

Provide a high grip force to weight ratio in a low profile package. An internal rack and pinion mechanism ensures smooth operation and long actuator life. The SHURGRIP or spring assist options enable part retention in case of lost air pressure. Series GRC Grippers are available in several sizes for versatile use in many industries.

PARALLEL GRIPPER Features large diameter jaw guides for jaw stability and high moment capacity. These heavy duty end effectors are also capable of non-synchronous jaw motion and long stroke lengths. Series GRW Grippers provide a robust gripping package for applications with high load demands

SERIES GRS LOW PROFILE PNEUMATIC PARALLEL GRIPPER

Feature a low profile design and an angled cam drive mechanism for higher grip forces and long life. An optional spring assist offers higher gripping force and provides part retention upon loss of air pressure. The new design now offers eight sizes, up to two jaw travels, internal switch targets with convenient switch bundles, and improved ingress protection providing adaptability to meet a wide variety of applications.

SERIES GRF MRO PNEUMATIC PARALLEL GRIPPER

A higher performing MRO drop-in replacement. High grip forces and a low profile design are perfect for limited space applications. Units feature an enclosed self-lubricating cam driver and jaw covers to prevent contamination. Series GRF Grippers provide superior performance as a compact MRO drop-in replacement.

Provides self-centering and maximum contact between part and jaw tooling. Large bore size enables a high grip force to weight ratio. Units are fully field repairable, providing an extra long actuator life. Series GRT 3-Jaw Grippers are designed to be rugged and extremely versatile with eight sizes available.

SERIES GRK PARALLEL PNEUMATIC HEAVY DUTY GRIPPER

Now available in 8 sizes, the GRK delivers the highest grip force in its class, and provides superior moment capacities and precision in a low profile design. A wear-compensating jaw guidance system enables precision jaw movement throughout the life of the unit. This heavy duty end effector is perfect when longer tooling lengths are necessary and heavier objects are present. Provides a slim actuator body and long jaw travel lengths. Units can be ordered with a steel synchronizer or without for off-center gripping. Series GRL Grippers are rated to six million cycles and manufactured from hard coated aluminum for a long durable life.
