Aerospace Sensors

Parker’s selection of aerospace sensors comprises solid-state microprocessor-controlled piezoelectric sensors that serve as point-level sensing systems to determine wet/dry states.

Fuel Vent Flame Arrestor

Parker’s fuel vent system flame arrestor with air inflow pressure relief is 25.981 compliant. It interfaces with
an NACA Inlet and has lightning-safe installation for zone three.

Pressure Sensor

The pressure sensor is an absolute pressure sensor designed to produce a voltage output that is
proportional to the applied pressure.

Oxygen Sensor

The oxygen sensor measures the amount of oxygen in a possible oxygen-nitrogen mixture supplied to the
fuel tanks. This is a combined sensor giving output of both O2 and pressure.

Ozone Converter

The ozone converter is used to remove ozone from the bleed air system to protect the inerting system air
separation module (ASM). The ozone converter is essentially a large-diameter duct with a central core coated with catalyst material.
