BS SERIES

BS series brakes have a compact structure. It is resistant to temperatures up to 120 degrees.
It is used in brushless motors.
It works extremely quietly. ( <70 dB, according to CEE regulation 98/392. )
It is designed for static usage systems. They can be used safely at speeds below 1500 rpm.
It is pre-assembled.
The engine cover and the aluminum surface regulate both the electromagnetic surface and the heat dissipation on the brake discs.
The electromagnetic coil is completely covered with resin.
In special cases, protection is provided with zinc coating and paint.
The construction of the brake allows continuous operation without ventilation.
Class F insulation.
The patented braking system allows the brake to generate a high and stable static torque.
Variation in brake torques is possible with varying spring loads. Thus, the torque value does not change with time.
