Nanotec offers lead screws with trapezoidal thread and ACME thread. All lead screw types are available in different lengths and with a range of diameters and leads. In addition to the standard sizes, we also supply custom versions.
For applications with extremely high demands in terms of service life, all lead screws are also optionally available with DLC coating (max. screw length 640 mm). The protective coating made of carbon material improves the friction characteristics and thereby increases the service life of the nuts by approx. 100%.

Trapezoidal lead screws have a flank angle of 30° and are particularly suitable for use as drive screws. They are available in various lengths and with different diameters and leads.
Lead screws with ACME thread have a flank angle of 29° and are ideal for use as drive screws. Large thread leads are used for fast movements, small thread leads for transmitting large forces.
