LINEAR ACTUATORS WITH STEPPER MOTORS

Nanotec’s product range includes stepper motor linear actuators in three versions and six sizes. Thanks to their special stator geometry and optimized magnet materials, the Nanotec actuators generate more force than comparable actuators. Our product range is complemented by matching lead screws with a large selection of threads, diameters and lengths – in standard as well as customized versions.

When combined with a closed-loop controller from Nanotec, the actuators can be controlled via fieldbus, clock & direction or analog/digital inputs. If used with an encoder, the driving force can be controlled as well.

For simpler designs with lower performance requirements, our proven permanent magnet linear actuators are the ideal choice.

LA – non-captive

The rotor drives the lead screw back and forth linearly. An external guide is necessary to prevent rotation.

LGA – captive

The lead screw moves back and forth linearly with the linear guide serving as an anti-rotation device.

LSA – external

The lead screw turns with the rotor, moving a nut back and forth linearly. An external guide is necessary to prevent rotation of the nut.

NEMA 6 | 14 mm – Stepper motor linear actuators

This small linear actuator has a 14 mm flange and delivers a maximum force of 15 N. The screw is available with trapezoidal or ACME thread, the thread diameter is 3.5 mm.
