Parker’s range of piloted fittings offers reliability, compactness and time savings in the installation and maintenance of pneumatic systems. The range includes blocking fittings, operated check valves and sensors. It is available in a wide variety of configurations and materials and, depending on the model, piloting can be manual, electric, pneumatic or electro-pneumatic to meet the most stringent safety and performance requirements of pneumatic systems. Parker Pilot Operated Couplings are suitable for all pneumatic installations in a wide variety of applications, serving today’s major industrial markets.
Blocking fittings, mounted in pairs on a cylinder, lock the piston by simultaneously cutting off the supply and exhaust when the pilot signal is removed.
Piloted non-return valves are designed to protect installations. When the compressed air supply is removed, the non-return valves will lock the air supply to the cylinder. As a result, the cylinder will maintain its position.
The parker pneumatic sensor fittings has a unique sensor that detects the pressure drop when a cylinder reaches the end of its stroke. They produce a pneumatic or electric output signal when the pressure drop below their back pressure threshold.
Manually-operated valves offer a reliable and durable system for opening and closing the circuit when the system has to be switched frequently. They provide a significant reduction in the time needed to work on pneumatic circuits.
Parker's check valves allow compressed air to flow in one direction and prevent it from flowing in the other. Fitted upstream of the circuit to be protected, they provide total protection.
