PTFE Tubing – Series 101/201 is a high temperature tubing operating up to 500°F/260°C. Fluoroplastic tubing is chemically inert, corrosion resistant, and features the lowest coefficient of friction of any tubing.
FEP Tubing - Series 103 and 203 are used when you need chemical resistant tubing and long continuous lengths or a very clear tubing. FEP tubing extrusion lengths can exceed 1,000 foot continuous when necessary.
PFA Tubing - Series 104 and 204 are used when temperature and clarity are both factors. PFA tubing withstands the same high-temperatures as PTFE tubing but, like FEP tubing, is very clear and available in long continuous lengths.
Convoluted tubing is extremely flexible and ideal for applications where a tighter bend radius, increased pressure handling or crush resistance is needed.
PTFE AWG (American Wire Gauge) Tubing is designed for electrical insulation applications that require high-temperature resistance (withstands soldering), chemical and abrasion resistance.
High Purity PFA Series 105 and 205 are manufactured for use in hostile environments where purity is critical. Testing proves that a high purity PFA tube is able to withstand corrosive surfactants for longer periods of time than standard PFA.
FEP Corrugated Tubing is an extra flexible tubing with a bend radius almost 4x smaller than a smoothbore tube of the same size. It allows for tighter routings without kinking or reducing the inside diameter of the tube. Also available in PFA.
PTFE Spiral wrap provides harnessing for wires and cable while allowing leads at various points.
PTFE Beading - TBS Series is a small diameter rod used in high temperature applications or applications where chemicals are present.
