Power Take Offs

Parker Chelsea is a market leader in power take-off (PTO) products for the truck and mobile vocational markets. We developed our PTO valves specifically for the application of controlling the engagement and disengagement of power take off drives. These valves can be either chassis- or panel-mounted and are available with connectors and tubing, ready to install. We offer a complete line of power take-offs for North America, Asia Pacific, Australia, China, India and Europe, including cast iron 6-bolt, 8-bolt, countershaft, split-shaft, powershift and front-mount applications. Features include air, cable, lever or electric shift options, overspeed control and flanges for direct or remote mounting to hydraulic pumps, blowers, water pumps, product pumps and generators. The Parker Chelsea line of wetline reservoirs includes polyethylene, aluminum and steel tanks, available in upright, saddle-mount or side mount configurations. Our cast iron, roller bearing dump pumps can handle pressures up to 2500 psi and flows to 33 gpm at 1200 rpm, and include an integral dump valve.

Mechanical Shift 8-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 489 Series.

Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off (PTO) fits most manual transmissions such as Eaton Fuller, Mack, Tremec, with an 8-Bolt PTO mounting aperture. The integral 8-bolt housing reduces a potential leak path by removing the need for an adapter plate.

PowerShift (Hydraulic) 10-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 280 Series.

Chelsea 280 Series is a hydraulically shifted hot shift PTO designed for automatic transmissions with a 10-Bolt aperture, commonly found on Allison and Caterpiller transmissions. The 280 Series replaces the 277/278 Series.

PowerShift (Hydraulic) 6-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 249 Series.

Chelsea 249 Series PTO for Ford Super Duty trucks with the 6R140 Series transmission. The patented Chelsea noise-reduction solution that set the truck industry standards for quiet Power Take-Off operation. Available for 2WD and 4WD applications.

PowerShift (Hydraulic) 10-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 870-XL Series.

Designed for Allison transmissions with cooler or retarder options, the Chelsea 870-XL Series Powershift PTO allows direct mounted pumps to be moved further rearward in the truck chassis. The 870-XL is rated up to 670 lbs-ft continuous torque rating.

Mechanical Shift 8-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 880 Series.

Chelsea 880 Series Power Take-Offs (PTO) fit most manual transmissions with an 8-Bolt aperture. Ideal for product blowers, oil rigs, fire trucks, large cap tow vehicles and other tough challenges. The 880 is excellent for heavy duty applications.

Constant Mesh (Non-Shiftable) 10-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 267 Series.

Chelsea 267 Series is a 10-Bolt PTO designed to fit Allison and CAT automatic transmissions. It is a non-shiftable PTO that is ideal for mobile applications requiring continuous power for load-sensing pumps like used on yard jockey trucks.

PowerShift (Hydraulic) 10-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 870 Series.

The continuous torque rating of the Chelsea 870 Series powershift PTO allows you to obtain maximum available HP per an Allison 10-Bolt transmission (up to 670 lbs-ft), increasing your revenue through the increased power available from your equipment.

Split Shaft Gear Box - 912 Series.

Chelsea 912 Series Split Shaft PTO/gear box is designed with three 8-Bolt PTO apertures for applications in which the transmission is not capable of the required torque. It can be shift with air or lever.

PowerShift (Hydraulic) 10-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 890 Series.

Chelsea 890 Series was designed to fit the Allison 3000/4000 Series transmissions. This design moves the PTO/Pump mounting flange to the rear of the transmission for better pump clearance. All 890s have Wet Spline outputs for longer pump spline life.

Chelsea 272 Series Hot Shift 6-Bolt PTO is the most versatile medium duty hot shift power take-off on the market. It is available in hydraulic or pneumatic/air shift with CONTINUOUS torque capabilities up to 300 lbs ft!

Mechanical Shift Rear Mount Power Take-Off (PTO) - 524 Series.

Chelsea 524 Series Rear Mount PTO helps eliminate clearance issues by using the rear mount aperture available on certain transmissions. It has a compact housing and three gear ratios. Torque ratings up to 300 lbs-ft [407 Nm] for the ultimate performance.

Mechanical Shift 6-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 442 Series.

The Chelsea 442 Series PTO is engineered to work with virtually all existing 6-Bolt transmission applications today. It has a cast iron housing and tapered cone bearings to give it the best in class torque rating and longest service life.

Mechanical Shift 8-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 680 Series.

Chelsea 680 Series PTO has excellent coverage for most manual transmission applications that feature an 8-Bolt PTO aperture. The 680 is a common medium to heavy duty PTO for EATON Fuller and has a deep mount housing option for Mack applications.

PowerShift (Hydraulic) 6-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 249V Series.

Chelsea 249V Series is one of the most innovative power take-offs on the market. It combines the reliability and performance of a Chelsea 249 Series PTO & a Denison vane pump as an integral design for FORD Super Duty TorqShift6 (6R140) transmissions.

PowerShift (Hydraulic) 6-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 272F Series.

Chelsea 272-FORD Series PTO for the F650/750 FORD TorqShift® 6R140 Transmission. It has the durability Chelsea is known for with multiple ratios that has not been previously available on the FORD transmissions.

Mechanical Shift 8-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 823 Series.

Chelsea 823 Series is the most robust PTO on the market. It fits automatic and manual transmissions with an 8-Bolt PTO mounting aperture. Its Extra Heavy-Duty design for high torque applications like blowers, oil field, and logging equipment.

Chelsea 340 Series Power Take-Off (PTO) is ideal for mechanical winch applications or other applications that require two directions of rotation. It fits most manual transmissions with a 6-Bolt aperture. It has a single low-speed forward and reverse.

Chelsea 221 Series Power Take-Off (PTO) fits both manual and automatic transmissions with 6-Bolt PTO mounting aperture. This PTO is designed for low speed, heavy duty applications.

Chelsea 852 Series is a Hydraulic Powershift PTO designed for heavy duty applications and is one of the most reliable PTOs in the industry. The 852 is designed to fit Allison automatic transmissions that have 8-Bolt PTO mounting apertures.

Legacy Mechanical Shift Rear Mount Power Take-Off (PTO) - 541 Series.

Chelsea 541 Series Power Take-Off (PTO) mounts on the rear countershaft of Eaton Fuller transmissions including the Advantage and UltraShift Series. Our Thrushaft® installation is quick and easy with torque ratings up to 400 ft-lbs.

PowerShift (Air) 8-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 885 Series.

Chelsea 885 Series is an Air PowerShift Power Take-Off (PTO) designed for heavy-duty applications on automatic and manual transmissions that feature an 8-Bolt PTO aperture. Designed for high torque applications up to 500 ft-lbs.

PowerShift (Hydraulic) 6-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 252 Series.

Chelsea 252 Series Power Take-Off (PTO) features the latest PTO technology for Aisin automatic transmissions used in Dodge/RAM trucks as well as Allison 1000/2000/2400 series automatic transmission used in various truck manufacture's chassis.

The 287 is a Heavy Duty Constant Mesh PTO for 10-Bolt applications on Allison and Caterpillar transmissions. Built on the 280 Series platform with a 390 lb-ft continuous duty torque rating, it can handle the most demanding applications in its class.

Chelsea 901 Series Split Shaft gear box is designed for use on medium duty trucks that have applications requiring the torque capacity up to 500 Lbs-ft.

PowerShift (Hydraulic) Rear Mount Power Take-Off (PTO) - 560V Series.

Chelsea 560V Series Power Take-Off (PTO) integral vane pump design incorporates the Parker Denison T6C family. This series is available with pump flows from 3.4 to 31.7 at 1200 RPM and has excellent pressure ranges up to 3500 PSI.

Mechanical Shift 6-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) - 290 Series.

Chelsea 290 Series Power Take-Off (PTO) is designed with a deep reach input gear for mounting to some Eaton Fuller, ZF, and Mack transmissions. It mounts directly to the transmission – no separate geared adapter necessary.

Mechanical Shift Rear Mount Power Take-Off (PTO) - 511 Series.

Chelsea 511 Series Rear Mount Power Take-Off (PTO) provides a compact housing which helps eliminate clearance issues. The 511 series offers global transmission coverage and torque ratings up to 590 lbs-ft or 800 Nm for all your application needs.

PowerShift (Hydraulic) Rear Mount Power Take-Off (PTO) - 590 Series.

Chelsea 590 Series PTO is designed for Allison TC10 and Caterpillar CX automatic transmissions that offer a rear mount provision. The rear aperture has more room to install pumps than the standard side or top opening. Great option for large pumps.

Powershift (Hydraulic) 8-Bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) 810 Series

Chelsea’s 810 Series PTO is specifically designed for the Ford 10R140HD transmission. The 810 Series PTO has multiple ratio options ranging from 81% - 158% of engine speed, common drive line and pump mount options, and torque ratings up to 420 lb-ft.

Legacy PowerShift (Hydraulic) Rear Mount Power Take-Off (PTO) - 590 Series

This PTO is obsolete. Chelsea 590 Series PTO was designed for Allison TC10 and Caterpillar CX automatic transmissions that offer a rear mount provision.
