Network Connectivity - P2H IO-Link Network Node / Parker Pneumatic - Europe

Designed as Connecting Left End plate of the Universal Manifold of the 4 Sizes (02, 01, 1 & 2) of the H Series pneumatic ISO valve family, the P2H IO-Link node allows for a robust, cost efficient connection to any IO-Link master, Class A or Class B.

The P2H IO-Link Node is a 24 output module, available in both Class A with an independent auxiliary power supply on IN/OUT 7/8″ connector or a Class B version with power and communication over a single 5 pin M12 connection. The value of the P2H IO-Link Node is as a compact yet robust network connection with easy integration and simple to use diagnostics to offer IO-Link connectivity to the 4 sizes 02, 01, 1 & 2 of the H Series ISO valve (HB, HA, H1 & H2) with Universal manifold.

Features/Benefits:
• The P2H IO-Link Node allows Class A or Class B connectivity to an IO-Link master and has both local diagnostics through four LED’s and through the communication, power, module diagnostics and output status.
• Class A – has one M12 connector for communication and logic power from the Class A IO-Link Master, and two 7/8” connectors for auxiliary power IN and OUT which allows for a daisy chain auxiliary power opportunity. The 7/8″ power capability is an industry first for an IO-Link valve device.
• Class B – has one connection to any Class B IO-Link Master using one M12 – 5 Pin’s connector for the communication, logic power and auxiliary power for the valve solenoids.
• Safe Power Capable – Both Class A & Class B Nodes are “Safe Power Capable” which allows for test pulse (OSSD) compatibility and can be supplied auxiliary power from a safe output device following machinery directives.
• Diagnostics – The P2H Node provides local diagnostic input data such as voltage monitoring, temperature warnings and communication error via the network. This simplifies diagnostics and supports predictive maintenance.
• Weld Splatter Resistant – Designed to meet the requirements of a welding environment. Glass filled PBT housing offers weld splatter resistance, UV protection and flame retardant properties for high heat.
