Pneumatic pumps

The full-flow pumps of the TF series for wells produced by DIMACO S.a.s., make it possible to operate without need to external controls or sensors. The pumps are in fact able to check inside the fluid level, starting and stopping in function of the same, without a timer, electrical connections, immersed sensors or otherwise. They are recommended to work also in presence of solids in high quantities and in highly corrosive environments.

Pneumatic stroke counter

The pneumatic stroke counter, installed in the air supply line of the pump, allows the indirect measurement of the amount of product pumped by pneumatic pumps to on / off cycle (both automatic and with external control panel). It has a six-digit totalizer display. In the standard configuration it is supplied with fittings for pipes of 8 mm , but you can request the installation of fittings for 10mm. In addition the devices can be equipped with reed contact output for connection to a PLC or external control system.

Active/passive skimmers

For the recovery of the floating product on the ground water are used systems able to follow the movements of the flap itself and recover only the lightweight product. The system is equipped with a float floating with calibrated specific weight. In function of the supernatant layer and of the characteristics of this, may be used skimmer by gravity or selective skimmer (with hydrophobic filter in the float).

Parts in contact with the product resistant to hydrocarbons and rod in stainless steel;
Mounting position from the top of the tank with 1” Gas connection and o-ring;
Air connections with automatic fittings for ø 8 mm or ø 10 mm on request;
Float diameter 30 mm in BUNA.

Pneumatic control panel

There are two different types of control panels produced by DIMACO s.a.s., one for the control of automatic pumps (HWSO) and one for the control of total-fluid pumps timed (HWSO-T), but these products may be configured according to customer requirements, they can be integrated with a PLC control system and remote display, or with only tires blocks for areas where electrical systems can not be used.
