The RAASM pneumatic brake and clutch bleeder, with two or three chambers, is suitable for bleeding the hydraulic brakes and clutches of all vehicles. The bleeder can be operated in just a few minutes by one individual. The brake and clutch bleeder is equipped with an elastic inner membrane that hermetically separates the oil from the air, preventing any emulsion. RAASM produces portable tyre inflators to check and adjust the pressure of any type of tyre. Operations to control and restore tyre pressure are carried out using an inflation gun equipped with a ø 60 mm pressure gauge with 0-10 bar scale. Each injector can be adjusted to distribute a pre-set quantity of lubricant via a dosing screw.
The RAASM 20 double line centralised lubrication system is composed of an independent pumping unit that distributes lubricant (oil or grease) via two separate lines (L1 and L2) as a pre-set dose, and volumetric distributors. While one line (L1) is supplying the volumetric distributors with lubricant, the other line (L2) is preparing for the same operation but not at the same time. A special valve (line inverter) ensures the continuous, alternate filling of the two lines (L1-L2).
The RAASM 25 multi-output centralised lubrication system is composed of a pumping unit that allows for the oil and grease lubrication, at a pre-set level, of a high number of utilities (up to 16). The pumping unit is composed of an electrically-controlled pump on which a series of adjustable pumping elements are arranged radially. These elements, thanks to the action of a cam, push the lubricant in sequence to the various outputs, connected to the tubes.
The 30 progressive centralised lubrication system is composed of a pumping unit connected to volumetric distributors that, via the pumping action of a piston located inside them, ensure the distribution of a pre-set quantity of lubricant to a corresponding number of utilities. This system is defined as such because each piston inside the distributor, allowing for the lubricant to pass from one section of the distributor to another, follows a progressive sequence of distribution to the various utilities. Each distributor is positioned in series with the others: this means that the malfunctioning of one can cause the entire system to block. As a result, checking the function of one single distributor allows you to monitor the entire system.
This management and control unit is composed of a polycarbonate electrical panel of reduced size. A dedicated electronic board is connected inside it. This communicates with an integrated display in the practical flexible membrane keyboard positioned to the front of the unit.
