Application

Handling of coils and slit strips up to 1,000 kg, e.g. for positioning on a decoiler mandrel

Suitable for coils made from thin and ultra-thin sheet metal, steel and stainless steel, metal foils, tinplate and aluminum

Maximum slit-coil thickness of 3.0 mm (aluminum) or 1.5 mm (steel)

Continuous swiveling up to 90°

Vacuum lifting device (1) with separately switchable vacuum chambers (suction rings)
Electrical vacuum pump (2) for short evacuation times
Electric drive (3) for precise, continuous swiveling of the load
Transparent suction plate (4) for easy positioning of the load
Audible warning device and vacuum reservoir (5) for protection against vacuum drop in case of a power failure
