S1015 and S1016 Series General Purpose Solenoid Valve is a 3/2 way solenoid valve. S1015 is normally closed, S1016 is normally open model and it is direct acting.
When the coil is electrified, the orifice which the fluid passes is directly closed or opened directly. It gets its name “directacting” from this.
It is used in fluids such as water, air, gas. It is preferred in the exhaust outlets of piston valves and pulse valves. It is recommended to use with a filter in dirty fluids. Otherwise, the particles in the fluid will block the valve and cause the valve to malfunction.
TORK Solenoid Valves have wide pressure range, flow rate and orifice options. Solenoid valves can be installed in any position without affecting its operation; coil should be preferred in vertical up position.
