Braked motors are capable of safely and quickly slowing down or stoping the equipment where they are connected. Our single-shoe brakes designed in a compact structure are mounted on the NDE shaft end of the motor and get activated by means of a spring pressure in case of a power outage. We manufacture braked motors for all the standard powers for the frame size from 80 to 250 in the efficiency classes of both IE3 and IE4 (according to IEC 60034-30-1).
